COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data (or "personal information") is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a specific person.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect certain personal data.

The personally identifiable information we collect may include usage data.

Usage data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (for example, IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on these pages, the device's unique identifier and other diagnostic data.

To manage your requests: to support and manage the requests you send us.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL DATA

We also process and store non-personal data, i.e. data whose form does not allow us to make a direct connection with a specific person. This non-personal data is necessary for the use of services linked to the Boost Ta Trybu application. 

If we combine non-personal data with personal data, the combined data is treated as non-personal data for as long as it remains combined.

 

OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

Data collected by cookies and other technologies is treated as non-personal data. However, if Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal data. Similarly, if non-personal data is associated with personal data, we treat the associated information as personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

In this case, our aim is to make your visit more convenient and to personalize it. For example, knowing your e-mail address will enable us to make it easier for you to connect. Knowing your language allows us to adapt content to improve accessibility.

 

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Boost Ta Trybu may be required - by law, in connection with legal proceedings, litigation and/or at the request of public authorities in your country of residence or otherwise - to disclose your personal data. We may also disclose your data if we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement or other matters of public interest. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce compliance with our terms and conditions or to protect our business or our users. In addition, in the event of restructuring, merger or sale, we may transfer any personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Boost Ta Trybu takes the security of your personal data very seriously. That's why Boost Ta Trybu takes precautions - including administrative, technical and physical measures - to protect your personal data against loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. When your personal data is stored by Boost Ta Trybu, we use computer systems with limited access installed in premises using physical security measures. 

INTEGRITY AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Boost Ta Trybu allows you to maintain the accuracy, currency and integrity of your personal data. We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING IN PROFILING

Boost Ta Trybu does not make any decisions involving the use of algorithms or profiling that may significantly affect you.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

We may refuse to process frivolous/vexatious requests, requests that jeopardize the confidentiality of third-party data, requests that are extremely difficult to implement, or requests for which access is not otherwise required by applicable law. We may also refuse certain aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe that doing so would interfere with our legitimate use of the data for security purposes.

MINORS

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete this information as quickly as possible. 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Boost Ta Trybu does not exchange personal data with any third party service.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The information you disclose may be transferred to or accessed by companies around the world, as described in this Privacy Policy. Apple complies with the Safe Harbor principles set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information collected by companies in the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Please note that personal information concerning individuals residing in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) is controlled by Apple Distribution International, Cork, Ireland, and processed on its behalf by Apple Inc. Personal information collected within the EEA when using iTunes is controlled by iTunes SARL, in Luxembourg, and processed on its behalf by Apple Inc.
